  • Same-Day Service Appointments

Reasons for No-Refund Policy

As an RCMP accredited agency, we must follow strict guidelines that prohibit refunds once fingerprinting services have been initiated or completed.

Fingerprints are processed immediately upon capture and submitted to relevant authorities, making reversal impossible.

Rush Services

Same-day and expedited service charges are non-refundable regardless of processing outcomes.

Exceptional Circumstances

Service Provider Error

In the rare event of a significant error on our part that prevents the completion of requested services, Surrey Fingerprint Company will work with clients to resolve the issue. This may include re-taking fingerprints at no additional charge, but does not guarantee monetary refunds.

Technical Failures

If our equipment fails during the fingerprinting process, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Previously paid fees remain non-refundable.
